I like that the Bronze level of the CertCSR goes over what CSRs need to know and be responsible for, while also highlighting what is ok or should be deferred to other staff depending on who takes responsibility/ownership over specific things. I like how this backs up CSRs ability to use their best judgment and make certain calls when needed, especially regarding scheduling choices for potential urgent/ER cases. Good overview of a lot of information!
Glad to finally get client service representatives recognised for the hard work they do and to get some relevant training for the role.
I really enjoyed the vet technician consulting course. It has helped me gain knowledge and confidence within nursing consults again and reminded me just why I love that aspect of nursing and building relationships with the clients. I’d definitely recommend this course to others either needing to refresh their skills or those just starting out!
I have really enjoyed the Veterinary Practice Manager course. There are bits of the course that I have already used in practice and will continue to work towards others, especially charging of veterinarian consultations and changing the way we bill things. My favourite areas of the course were client satisfaction and marketing and personal satisfaction which I have learnt so much on how to continue to improve. Thank you so much!
The Vet Whisperer webinars have been a real help in beginning to understand why I have these feelings and how to adopt a better mindset. I really wish I’d seen them a year ago! I really hope that more people watch the webinars. They’re fantastic.
The Veterinary Practice Manager course has the right balance of topics that successful Practice Managers or aspiring managers would need. Fantastic and very informative; excellent webinars and covering every angle of Veterinary Practice Management and tool of the trade so to speak . Will be referring to the webinars as I move forward with my career goals .
Very well-spoken and put together videos for veterinarians. Highly recommend these courses as they tackle some of the everyday issues dealt with in practice and give useful advice on how to overcome them. Everyday practice goes beyond books and it is nice to know there is information out there covering an important aspect of this job. Looking forward to more videos.
I generally have significant antipathy towards the self-help / self-improvement movement. I find most of the content is common sense and unlikely to be life changing. So it was with some scepticism that I watched the Vet Whisperer course. I have to say, it was fantastic. The evidence based approach to an analysis of behaviour was terrific and would appeal to most scientific minds. The fact it specifically relates to veterinary practice was a big plus, rather than a generic one varnished with a vet clinic top coat.
